Any good charters or fishing close to Houston??

Did you find anything? There are lots of places in Galveston but I don't have any helpful info.

just there last weekend for a trade show but did not have time to fish... Did help in getting customers

Hello, I'm not sure if your still interested or if your still in town but I fish at Galveston fishing pier on 91st street of the sea wall and it's pretty good as long as you stay the whole day, you can also rent fishing equipment there and tackle. Make sure you check the weather before you go price to get in is $9.00 plus what ever it cost to rent the pole and bait. Below is some info for the Galveston Party boat and contact info:

Daily 8am to Noon and 1:30pm to 5:30pm.
Spring thru Fall: 4pm to 8pm on days the 8 hour trips are planned (see below)
