I have a couple of items that are quality pieces that would suit either someone new or someone with experience. I just have too many toys to use at any one time.
10' 6" Seeker BSU 105 H conventional rod. It is rated 4 to 8 with the sweet spot at 5nbait. Very parabolic action, loads easily and has good bite detection. It is an older rod, but in very good condition.

Daiwa Interline SL-2 S1002 MHRS 10' rated 3 to 6. Rod is in excellent condition and will handle a conventional or spinning reel, equally well. It has the line threader with it.

ABU 6500 Sports Rocket MK11 in excellent condition. Bought a couple in the last few weeks and then found a stash in a storage box in the building. UGH, something has to go.
