Hi!
I have a breakaway 2/1 pc (1509) for sale($260 plus shipping)custom made by Hatteras Jack.
I bought this rod 2001 summer from Mike(I think Ryan's dad, Hatteras Jack in N.C.).
When I ordered the rod, I'm pretty sure that I asked him not to cut the tip section to keep the original lenghth.
I measured the tip section which is 108 inches and butt is 56 inches.
Total lenth is over 13 feet.
It's conventional rod with no reel seat on the butt but shrink tube on it. I used it with breakaway coasters as reel seat.
I didn't put a reel seat in order to adjust reel position.
It has under whipping with metallic light green and over whipping with dark metallic green thread.
On the butt section, it's written as 'custom made by Hatteras Jack' & 'exvious' which is my id.
I haven't used it much because I had been in school, and no time to go fishing. It's almost new/very mint condition.
It's very mint condition except one light scratch between 2nd and 3rd guide, but it's minor(It's hard to see).
Reason I'd like to sell this rod is I don't have many chances to use this rod since I go fishing to the bay area in Maryland most of time and I also own other rods too.
