If I'm not mistaken, i think thats a bowfin. A pretty nice sized one, too.

That may be a snakehead. I was thinking it was a bowfin too but after looking at some pics of bowfins and snakeheads, it definitely looks more like a snakehead.

I first thought bowfin too but this pond is small and all the fish were stocked at one point in time
