Black Sea I'm rather surprised, it isn't rarity here, but possible the most spreaded flounder among other species. The second place takes turbot!

Hey men! I've searched the biologycal name of this one and found, that it's "Pleuronectes flesus luscus". This species inhabits Black Sea only the second name is "European flounder", but not "winter". By the way, in my opinion it's more tasty, than turbot and has much less bones.
