Are you sure that's a striper? Looks like a bluefish or sandshark to me! I guess the evidence has already been cooked, so I guess the only way for me to confim your catch is to have you invite me over for dinner so that I can taste the striper for myself. OK, waiting for your call........

We ate the last fillet last night. My GOD what an awesome tasting fish. Whats left ??? Well we have the head in a stock pot and the back bone fillet is headed for the soup.

Wait ... for you Sushi fans out there we saved 1/3 of the fillet and made kilowen ... filipino version of cebiche (fish marinated(acid cooked) in rice wine vinegar, lime, ginger and shallots) YUMMY

Thanks for the support guys ... its been a LONG TIME coming.
