we carry an electric one at work for 60.00 big enough for most meat, you would probably have to split a whole shoulder

that looks awesome... I am a smoker too.. I have a small vertical smoker, and can fit approx 4 chickens and various small meats too.... I have not smoked fish for a while, but am into it....

KT ... you do not need a big fancy one for small family use. I can easily get 12-16 fish in mine (it is a 2 level smoker). I got mine on sale at $55 (down from $129) What I like about this one is that I can use it as a grill, smoker, or I can use it to steam crabs (if I supply the pot).
