It looks hand-rolled to me but what do I know, I've only seen those in books and on the news.

Like many from the UK, these folks prefer the cheaper method of rolling there own cigs, me- I'd choke to death with out my filters.
Was amazed during my first trip over seas, manufactured cigs were not the norm- roll your own mate !
